Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil/Telecommunications Engineering or its equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in telecommunications or related industry.
- Knowledge: Understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, including towers, networks, and transmission systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of project team members, providing guidance and support.
Key Competencies
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
