  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drivelongterm business growth.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existingandnewclients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences toinformstrategic decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to achieve profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production, andfinance) toensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and collections from customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG or fast-moving products.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A results-oriented individual with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
