What you will do
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Participate in delivery projects (implementations, proofs of concept, and proofs of value), possibly overseas and for extended periods of times.
- React proactively to production incidents.
- Monitor the analytical performance of Vyntra’s FinCrime solution across the implemented customer base.
- Contribute to R&D initiatives to enhance analytical performance for key customers.
- Stay up to date with recent advances in AI/ML, as well as developments in fraud, financial crime, and AML domains.
- Analyze requests from Professional Services Consultants and R&D Engineers and provide appropriate support.
- Deliver training and coaching to Professional Services Consultants and R&D Engineers on existing analytical tools.
- Identify, design, and implement analytical approaches, algorithms, and machine learning or predictive models to solve business problems.
Who you are
- MSc in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- This is an entry-level position – no prior professional experience is required.
- Experience developing production-ready code to prototype and build innovative solutions is a plus.
- Experience in the banking industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Python and its data science libraries.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., Git) is a plus.
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
