Sales and Business Growth

  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet company goals.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through, networking and research.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
  • Review sales data to track progress and improve results.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable investment solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver excellent service throughout the sales and onboarding process.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and feedback.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful attitude in all client interactions.

Marketing

  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to attract and retain investors.
  • Provide insights from client interactions to improve marketing strategies.

Risk and Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to capital markets rules regulations and fund investment policies.
  • Report any potential risks or irregularities in client dealings.
  • Ensure all client information and transactions are handled with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Degree or Diploma either in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in financial services sales is an advantage.
  • CIFA qualification (added advantage) or willingness to pursue.
  • Sales track record and ability to meet targets.
  • Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
