Teacher Aides
Key Responsibilities
- Assist learners with safe entry and exit from the school bus.
- Supervise learners during transportation to ensure safety and appropriate behaviour.
- Ensure a conducive learning environment and should be able to teach at least two (2) subjects within CBC provisions.
- Collaborate with the bus drivers to address any issues or concerns during the journey.
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and guardians regarding learners’ behavior or any incidents that occur on the bus.
- Assist the teacher in implementing educational activities and maintaining a positive learning environment on the bus.
- Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be born-again, mature Christians who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith.
- Minimum ECDE certificate.
- One (1) Year teaching experience.
- P1 or ECDE certificate would be an added advantage.
- CBC training would be an added advantage.
- Registered by TSC in good standing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in other towns within the Country
