Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst who will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting data from various research and evaluation assignments, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, validate, and organize datasets for analysis.
- Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses.
- Support development of dashboards and data visualization outputs.
- Integrate quantitative and qualitative findings for comprehensive reporting.
- Ensure data security, version control, and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Demography, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in SPSS, STATA, R, or Python, and familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent data management, interpretation, and presentation skills.
