Join our dynamic team at Sper Microenterprise Ltd, where innovation meets impact! We’re expanding our Ngara Branch and are looking for results-driven professionals to help us grow our loan portfolio and strengthen customer relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Promote and sell loan products to new and existing clients.
- Identify potential leads through field visits, referrals, and calls.
- Assess creditworthiness and onboard clients in line with company policies.
- Monitor loan performance, ensure timely repayments, and support recovery efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and deliver top-notch customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or credit operations (microfinance preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with both office and field work.
- High integrity and customer focus.
