Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Biology/Chemistry Tutor located in Ruiru, with some work from home being acceptable. The tutor will be responsible for delivering high-quality online and in-person tutoring sessions, preparing lesson plans, and developing educational materials. The day-to-day tasks also include providing individualized support to students, assessing their progress, and adapting teaching methods to meet their needs.
Qualifications
- Online Tutoring and Communication skills
- Expertise in Physical Chemistry and Chemistry
- Strong understanding of Mathematics
- Ability to develop and adapt personalized lesson plans
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Teaching experience and a degree in a related field are a plus
