Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Education (Added advantage)
- Bachelor’s Diploma in Leadership (Added Advantage)
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed / B.Sc)
- Diploma in Education
- Diploma in ECDE
- P1 Certificate
- Valid TSC Registration Certificate
Additional requirements
- Minimum of six (6) years teaching experience.
- Training in Competency-Based Education (CBE) at college level.
- Proficiency in ICT and integration of technology in teaching.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to promote holistic learner development – academically, socially, and emotionally.
