Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Business Development Officers to drive growth and performance.
- Spearhead onboarding and conversion of new B2B clients.
- Achieve individual and departmental targets for new business acquisition.
- Oversee and enhance tracking operations including vehicle tracking, fleet management, and fuel monitoring.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in B2B business development and client acquisition.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
