Our client is seeking a qualified Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair heavy-duty diesel engines and equipment. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge of diesel-powered vehicles, construction machinery, and agricultural equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and heavy machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Identify mechanical faults and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in diesel mechanics.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with generators, tractors, or heavy equipment is an advantage.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
