Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and client-focused BDE to spearhead our growth within the high volume HORECA and Foodservice sector. This role is not just about sales; it’s about becoming a trusted culinary consultant to chefs and F&B professionals, understanding their bulk needs, and integrating our snacks and spice solutions into their menu and operations. Success will be measured by securing long-term contracts and significantly expanding our penetration across major hotel chains, restaurant groups, and industrial catering services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales or related course
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience, specifically focused on the HORECA, Foodservice, or Institutional Catering channel.
- Sales Acumen: Exceptional skills in contract negotiation, proposal development, and closing complex, high-value deals requiring multiple stakeholder approvals.
- Communication: Highly professional presence with the ability to present compelling business cases to senior F&B decision-makers (both commercial and culinary).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using a CRM system for pipeline tracking and reporting, along with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs / Excel.
