Quality Control Jobs
We are a reputable company specialising in the manufacturing of premix for baking.
We are in the Nairobi region and have been in existence for over 5 years.
We are currently looking for QA (Quality Assurance) personnel who will be responsible for all production processes in terms of quality checks and product approval before dispatch. To develop systems in the production area and allow processing flow, and ensure that production processes are followed. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the following.
Overall, Purpose
responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and consistency. This involves developing and enforcing quality management systems, inspecting raw materials, monitoring production, and handling compliance with food safety regulations.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Inspecting products.
- Coming up with a production system flow.
- Creating inspection workflows to increase efficiency
- Alerting developers and other team members when defects occur
- Training other team members to follow QA processes
- Identifying the root causes of product defects
- Develop quality policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure every department integrates these standards into daily work
- Review and revise policies to meet evolving regulations and customer needs
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar industry, will be an added advantage.
- A proactive self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University.
