Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s overall technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives and client needs.
- Lead solution architecture, engineering, and service delivery for enterprise-scale client engagements across cloud, digital, and managed service offerings.
- Partner with executive leadership to define technology strategy for new business opportunities, innovation, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Oversee multi-disciplinary technical teams, ensuring consistent delivery excellence, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Drive cloud transformation, DevOps adoption, cybersecurity, and automation initiatives to enhance client value and competitive advantage.
- Support the business development team during pre-sales, RFPs, and client discussions with strong technical presentations and solution insights.
- Establish and enforce best practices in software engineering, architecture governance, and IT security compliance.
- Build and manage strategic alliances with key technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration across technology and delivery functions.
- Represent the company as a technology thought leader in client forums, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in IT services or consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior technology leadership role.
- Proven track record in enterprise solution delivery, digital transformation, and cloud modernization programs.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), DevOps, cybersecurity, and data engineering.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale delivery teams and multi-client technology environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a global delivery mindset.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in managing distributed delivery centers and offshore teams.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, service management, and technology compliance frameworks.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, scalability, and customer success.
