We are seeking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (Key Accounts) to grow and manage relationships with architects, developers, and high-value clients in the luxury stone and surfaces industry. This role focuses on driving new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and positioning our company as the go-to brand for luxury residential and commercial projects.

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with architects, developers, and key partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • Present our products and solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their project vision and technical requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet both client needs and company profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — design, production, and installation — to deliver seamless project execution.
  • Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the design and construction sector.
  • Ensure accurate quotations, invoicing, and CRM updates (Zoho).
  • Represent our company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to strengthen brand visibility.

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Construction Management preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the building and construction industry. Prior experience working with luxury/interior design brands is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural materials (stone surfaces or interior finishes is a plus).
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, prepare quotations, and propose tailored product solutions.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
