We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our TT Handcrafted division.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product inquiries, converting leads into sales, maintaining customer relationships, and representing the brand in both physical and digital sales channels.
This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to meet monthly sales targets while embodying the brand’s values of craftsmanship and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Promote and sell TT Handcrafted products through in-store, online, and event channels.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate performance reports.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers about product features and sustainability benefits.
- Manage relationships with repeat customers and nurture new leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team during exhibitions, markets, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve products and customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in handcrafted, lifestyle, or home décor products.
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
