Senior Executive Brand Manager – Hair Category
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute the full brand strategy for the Hair Category in line with business goals.
- Marketing Mix: Lead all elements of the marketing mix-product, pricing, packaging, placement, and promotion.
- Execution: Ensure consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.
- Research & Insights: Drive consumer and market research to guide strategy and identify trends.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competition and explore opportunities for innovation.
- Agency Management: Oversee creative development and media planning with external agencies.
- Performance Management: Track and optimize brand performance using data and KPIs.
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Qualification & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of brand management experience, with at least 3 years in the haircare or beauty industry.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
