  • Result-driven: You are super result-driven and always looking for ways to grow commercial results for your organisation.
  • Business partner: You can collaborate with customers on their digitisation strategy and how Odoo would benefit them, building strong relationships during the process.
  • Organised: You build and follow an enterprise sales cycle diligently.
  • Eye for detail: Your communication (products) are of high quality and C-suite worthy.
  • Excellent communicator: You can read between the lines and know when to listen. Your English is perfect, both written and spoken.

Experience: What experience can you fall back on

  • You have a proven track record in enterprise sales for at least 8 years
  • Experience selling Odoo, another ERP or a related digital enterprise product is preferred
  • Ideally, you have done sales in Africa and preferably to international companies and or international owners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. If you have consulting experience, that would be great
  • You have worked within international teams
  • Think & work at the level of a Master’s degree
  • Start-up and or scale-up experience is a preference
