Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and digitally fit Sales and Customer Success Executive to play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and driving client acquisition through digital channels. This role is perfect for an aspiring sales or marketing professional eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate client relations and digital prospecting.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies based on those opportunities to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their training needs and requirements.
- Relationships building with our current and past clients, cross-selling, reselling, and upselling, through networking, cold calling, and other outreach activities.
- Address client inquiries promptly and provide relevant information about our training and consultancy services.
Customer Success:
- Ensure the onboarding of new clients and provide guidance on available training programs.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their ongoing needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions for continuous success.
- Monitor client satisfaction and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our Sales and Marketing trainings and consultancy services.
- Develop detailed proposals outlining customized solutions, pricing structures, and terms.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct Sales and Marketing research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to adapt sales and customer success strategies
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing.
- Experience in selling training programs, seminars/events, and consultancy services.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital media trends.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Masterly of English with Clear Communication Skills
- Advanced skills in CRM software, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a focus on delivering value and driving results.
- Capacity to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Capability in training and trust-building.
- A self-starter with a passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
