Reporting to the MANAGER MAINTENANCE/HOSPITALITY.
Purpose: To glorify God through preparation, cooking and service of food in accordance with defined tandards and quality, working with nutritional guidelines, keen observance of safety and hygiene with he aim of achieving high standards of customer care .
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and supervise preparation of specialized menu`s and customer events
- Maintain quality production and service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards
- Direct and supervise activities in the hot kitchen and cafeteria services
- Supervise kitchen personnel and operational hygiene at all times
- Establish shift objectives based on needs of establishment
- Monitor sales to ensure actual returns
- Coordinate with the supply chain/procurement office in selecting, ordering and purchasing Materials
- Schedule for repair and routine maintenance of all kitchen equipment
Applicants Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Attributes
- Diploma in food and beverage production or its equivalent
- Three (3) years relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
