The Chef will oversee all kitchen operations at II Ngwesi Eco Lodge, ensuring exceptional cuisine, high standards of hygiene, staff performance, cost efficiency, and a dining experience that reflects the lodge’s commitment to sustainability and community values.
Contract Term: 1-Year Renewable
Minimum Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Production or a related field within the hospitality industry.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Chef in a reputable lodge, eco lodge, or similar hospitality establishment.
