Company Description
All Things Aluminium and Glass Ltd is a leading provider of premium aluminium and glass solutions in Kenya. We specialize in the design, fabrication, and installation of high-quality products such as sliding doors, windows, shower cubicles, and façade systems for both residential and commercial clients.
We are expanding our footprint and are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executives to join our growing team in Nakuru.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and client visits.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations with clients, including architects, contractors, and property developers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and progress reports in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales — ideally in the construction, building materials, or architectural products sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
- Knowledge of aluminium and glass products will be an added advantage.
