Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant – Customer Service, Sales & Digital Marketing located on Ngong Road. The Office Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks, including answering phones, providing administrative support, managing office equipment, and performing clerical duties. The role also entails delivering excellent customer service and assisting with sales and digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Proficiency in managing Office Equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and digital marketing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
