Commercial & Technical Sales Manager
- In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with commercial leadership guiding your team to build lasting partnerships with hospitals and healthcare institutions, while driving adoption of advanced medical technologies.
You’ll play a critical role in:
- Expanding market reach through strategic account development.
- Coaching and mentoring sales teams for performance excellence.
- Translating technical solutions into real clinical and economic value.
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers across healthcare ecosystems.
- Leading negotiations and closing high-impact deals to accelerate growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- We’re looking for a results-driven professional who brings both technical understanding and commercial acumen to the role.
- 7–10 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare capital equipment industry.
- 3–5 years in sales leadership with a proven record of meeting growth targets.
- Hands-on experience with ventilators or critical care technologies is a strong advantage.
- Strong background in strategic account planning and value-based selling.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and data-driven sales management.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- A hybrid background combining clinical/technical expertise with commercial strategy is highly desirable
