Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative based in Kikuyu, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, conducting property tours, and closing sales. They will also be expected to manage client relationships, provide excellent customer service, and meet sales targets. The role includes ongoing market research and staying updated on property market trends to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Sales, Lead Generation, and Closing skills
- Customer Service and Client Management skills
- Market Research and Knowledge of Property Market Trends
- Proficiency in Communication and Negotiation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Relevant experience in real estate sales is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
