What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute daily TikTok content calendars for all brands.
- Create short-form videos that are emotional, funny, or insightful.
- Turn our classrooms, caregivers, and facilities into shareable stories.
- Track performance (views, saves, conversions) and optimize content.
- Collaborate with trainers, nurses, and students for on-camera content.
- Manage influencer collaborations and trending challenges.
- Report weekly to the Marketing & Growth team.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media / TikTok creation (agency or brand).
- Proven record of viral or high-engagement videos.
- Skilled in mobile editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.).
- Comfortable shooting on phone & editing quickly.
- Strong creative instincts — knows what “hooks” audiences.
- Bonus: experience in health, education, or youth-impact campaigns.
You’ll Thrive Here If You
- Love experimenting with trends & audio.
- Have empathy — can turn real human stories into great content.
- Are fluent in English & Kiswahili (Sheng a plus!).
- Work fast, adapt quickly, and laugh often.
