Sales and Marketing Executive
We are a leading importer and distributor of high-quality industrial tools and blades, seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships in the construction, aviation, horticulture, and mechanical sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, client visits, and digital outreach
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share across target industries
- Promote and position premium European brands to prospective clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with sales goals
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or industrial product marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of the Kenyan construction and engineering market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and/or willingness to travel locally
