Our client, a leading company in the Real Estate industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively market and sell real estate properties.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or similar sales and marketing roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
