Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Customer Care / I.T / Tours & Travel or related fields
- Certificate in GDS AMADEUS is an added advantage
- 12+ Months Experience in a Similar Role
- Physically Fit

- Professional Call and Email Etiquette
- Advanced Understanding & Use of Navigation Apps and Their Features
- Confident and Articulate in English
- Knowledge of Nairobi Areas i.e. Streets, Main Roads, Estate Locations e.t.c.
- Knowledge of Nairobi Airports i.e. JKIA & Wilson; Their Terminals and Arrival Times
- Knowledgeable in Typical Nairobi Traffic and Travel Times
- Analytical
- Punctual
You will be working from our office at JKIA, Nairobi, on a Shift schedule (Day or Night). If successful, you will be in training for one month. A letter of confirmation will be issued after three months of probation for exemplary performance. You will be required to also assist guests with meet and greet at the airport, while having a great understanding of journey planning and route mapping for assigning jobs to cars.
