  • Make strategic phone calls to engage potential clients when appropriate, focusing on relationship-building over transactional interactions

  • Re-engage existing pipeline contacts to maintain and nurture long-term relationships
  • Present value propositions emphasising time-saving and convenience benefits rather than price-focused selling
