Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Projects
- Own, design, and execute the core strategic projects for Tupande’s women and youth customer segments to achieve our impact vision.
- Lead and execute strategic projects under a set objective to achieve Tupande’s impact vision.
Stakeholder management
Collaborate with multiple teams (field ops, training, marketing, partnerships) on projects to ensure youth and gender strategies are delivered with excellence.
Communications
- Support internal and external communications by preparing presentation materials on youth and gender progress for internal communications.
- Act as the central point of coordination for all youth and gender-related initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Ensure the effective rollout and scaling of all women and youth-specific benefits, including training, marketing, and related project support.
Reporting
- Provide comprehensive reports on gender and youth metrics to stakeholders in Tupande and the broader OAF organization.

Qualifications
- Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree
- You have 4+ years’ experience in a strategy/operations management role. Preferably, with experience in consulting in a consulting firm.
- You have strong project management and proven track record of delivering results.
- Demonstrated experience with data, financial models, and metrics-driven decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement.
- You have experience in working in complex and cross-functional environments.
