Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, providing personalized and efficient support.
- Address VIP inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of VIP interactions and feedback.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize sportsbook operations.
- Assist in maintaining and updating operational procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational planning and strategy.
- Provide support in managing and resolving operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of sportsbook operations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Experience or strong familiarity with the iGaming industry is highly preferred, including knowledge of wagering and gaming products.
- Experience in customer service is a plus, especially in handling VIP or high-profile clients.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot live streaming issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Okay with 24/7 shifting schedules including night shifts
- Okay with working on holidays, weekends, etc.
