What You’ll Be Rocking
- Own the Game: Lead marketing strategy for food across Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Mozambique, and Mauritius and execution
- Brand Boss Moves: Build brand love through dope campaigns, smart innovation, and scroll-stopping content. Work with agencies to craft ATL/BTL campaigns that vibe with our audience
- Squad Goals: Collaborate with sales, finance, supply chain, and customer marketing to make magic happen
- Trend Hacker: Spot what’s hot, optimize our product lineup, and launch innovations that hit. Be the voice of the brand in media and press
- Price Like a Pro: Own the A&P budget like a spreadsheet ninja. Balance value and profit with pricing strategies that make sense and make cents
- Data-Driven Hustle: Track KPIs like trials, awareness, and ROMI. If it’s not working, tweak it. If it is—scale it
- Quality Guardian: Keep our food safety and quality standards on point. No compromises.
What Does It Take to Be Successful?
- A bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing
- 4–5 years of proven FMCG marketing experience in Southern markets
- Strong analytical and strategic skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for consumers, culture, and creativity
- Global brand experience is a plus.
