Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy sales intern to join our SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) sales team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or students passionate about technology and sales. You will assist in generating leads, pitching software solutions, and building client relationships while gaining hands-on experience in the fast-growing tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales leads through market research, calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Support in preparing and delivering product demos and sales presentations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to develop sales materials and proposals
- Learn and understand the company’s SaaS products (ERPs, POS systems, cloud software, etc.) to communicate value to potential clients
- Provide feedback from prospective clients to improve product-market fit
- Meet set weekly and monthly sales activity targets under supervision.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Interest or basic knowledge in SaaS, ERPs, POS systems, or other software products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong research, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools quickly
- High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn
