Job summary
The position holder will support revenue growth and operational excellence in our Driving School Department. He/she will analyze performance data, track revenue targets, manage payments and reconciliations, and ensure smooth administrative operations across branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on departmental performance (revenue, student success rates, vehicle utilization)
- Conduct financial and data reconciliations for projects and payments.
- Manage E-Agent and bulk payments for special projects, including PDL, TDB, and IDL transactions in TIMS accounts.
- Provide timely administrative and operational support to branches and clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including NTSA and other authorities.
- Maintain accurate data, records, and vehicle inventory.
- Conduct market research and recommend product or service improvements.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, finance or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and statistical software (SPSS)
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar or related role, with 1 year of data analysis experience.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and prepare actionable reports.
