Location: NAIROBI, KENYA

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare both hot and cold beverages according to BUBBLY’s standards.
- Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Follow recipes, SOPs, hygiene rules, and safety procedures carefully.
- Deliver friendly customer service and suggest coffee and pastry pairings.
- Keep all machines, work areas, and utensils clean and organized.
- Track inventory levels and communicate when restocking is needed.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and fast service.
- Regularly check the quality and freshness of coffee throughout the day.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of barista experience in a busy café environment.
- Proficiency in using espresso machines and grinders.
- Solid knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, and basic latte art.
- Ability to stay organized and multitask effectively during rush hours.
- A positive attitude, great communication skills, and care for customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when needed.
