Main Responsibilities:
- Bake and prepare all BUBBLY delights as per brand recipes and SOPs.
- Handle proofing, mixing, baking, and finishing with accuracy and consistency.
- Keep a close eye on baking times, oven temperatures, and product quality.
- Maintain a spotless and hygienic workspace at all times.
- Follow daily production plans and meet order requirements efficiently.
- Assist with inventory checks and report any shortages.
- Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen crew to meet production and service goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a bakery, café, or pastry kitchen.
- Expert of baking techniques, ingredient handling, and kitchen safety protocols.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work early shifts & flexible hours.
- Physically fit to handle long shifts and hands-on baking tasks.
