A growing Dental Hospital is seeking to recruit an HR Operations Officer to manage full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, compliance, and staff welfare.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in HR Management or related field
- 3+ yrs HR experience (healthcare background is an added advantage)
- Knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
- Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills
