The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, with additional support in social media management. The role is primarily focused on Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics, while also contributing to the creation and scheduling of content across social platforms.

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and SEO/SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, monitor trends, and apply targeting strategies.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Create and schedule social media content (graphics, posts, short-form videos) to maintain brand presence.
  • Collaborate with the creative/content team to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid ads (Google, SEO/SEM, social platforms).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva) and scheduling platforms.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in video editing and campaign reporting is an advantage.
