Key Responsibilities
- Install solar systems, panels, and accessories in compliance with safety standards
- Perform DC/AC wiring, RCD, grounding, and site assessments
- Diagnose and repair faults in batteries, inverters, and Wi-Fi routers
- Train customers on safe and effective use of systems
- Record and submit installation/fault reports accurately
- Support shop demonstrations and community activations
- Provide feedback to the product team on technical issues
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid EPRA T1 or T2 Solar Technician license (or proof of eligibility)
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Solar, or related technical field
- 1–3 years’ hands-on experience in solar/electrical installation
- Strong knowledge of DC/AC wiring, tools, and safety compliance
- Good communication skills for customer interaction and training
- Willingness to travel frequently and relocate to rural towns if required
- Motorcycle license (advantage)
