Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Job Placement Officer, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Job Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating job placements, providing career counseling to job seekers, facilitating training and educational programs, and maintaining strong communication with employers and job seekers.
Qualifications
- Experience in Job Placements in Construction sector
- Strong Communication and Career Counseling skills
- Ability to facilitate Training programs
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Human Resources, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
