Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and overseeing container-based projects as well as real estate developments, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural designs, drawings, and plans for container fabrication and real estate projects.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to translate ideas into practical designs.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance where necessary.
  • Innovate and propose sustainable solutions in line with modern architectural trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in architecture, preferably in real estate or modular construction.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work creatively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
