Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute a group-wide IT strategy aligned with business goals
- Inspire and develop high-performing IT teams across multiple properties
- Oversee IT systems, networks, and infrastructure management
- Safeguard company data with robust cybersecurity practices
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, and procurement
- Drive innovation and digital transformation to improve operations and guest experiences
- Advise senior leadership on technology opportunities and risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of IT leadership experience, with at least 2 years at senior/group level in hospitality
- Strong track record of delivering IT strategy in multi-property operations
- Expertise in enterprise IT architecture, cloud, cybersecurity, and data management
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in East Africa or Indian Ocean is an advantage
