Role Purpose

As a Business Development Partner- Internship, you will play a strategic role in connecting investors to long-term property opportunities, expanding new markets, and cultivating high-value relationships. This role empowers you to shape your own professional and financial legacy while driving meaningful growth for the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow a strong client network through partnerships, referrals, events, and digital platforms.
- Represent the Nyota Njema brand at investor forums, expos, meetings, and strategic engagements.
- Guide clients through real estate decisions that support long-term wealth creation and legacy-building.
- Nurture and manage enduring relationships that lead to referrals, repeat business, and collaborations.
- Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and share timely updates on engagement activities and outcomes.
- Uphold professionalism, ethics, and client trust in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 years’ experience in business development or a client-facing commercial role.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and follow through to closure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms is an advantage.
- Self-driven, confident, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and professional in execution.
- Proficient with digital tools (WhatsApp, email, social media, CRM).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for long-term impact.
