Training Lead
Responsibilities
- Proven experience in training, learning & development (L&D), or capacity building, with the ability to drive impactful learning initiatives.
- Experience in an HR consultancy or service-based industry is an added advantage.
- Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, and content development, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to design practical, results-driven training programs aligned to business and client needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in delivering both physical and virtual sessions.
- Proven ability to conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and develop customized training solutions.
- Strong capability to monitor, evaluate training effectiveness, and continuously improve learning outcomes.
- Leadership ability to build and grow the training function, while integrating modern tools such as Al and digital learning platforms into training delivery.
