IT Team Leader
We are seeking to recruit a hands-on IT Team Leader to drive technology operations and innovation at Bidii Credit. The role bridges business and technology, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing systems across digital lending, payments, FX, remittances, and digital assets.
What You Will Do
- Lead IT strategy, operations, and team performanceManage infrastructure, core systems (LMS, CRM), and cloud environments
- Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure system uptime, SLAs, and business continuity
- Deliver end-to-end IT projects (initiation – completion)
- Drive digital product development and continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3- 5 years experience in fintech (digital lending, payments, remittances, FX)
- Strong knowledge of: Digital product development , Cloud, networks and databases , Loan management systems / CRM, Cybersecurity & data protection
- Proven leadership and project delivery track record
- High integrity and professionalism
