Quality Assurance Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train teams on communication and conflict management
  • Deliver training on negotiation and closing techniques
  • Guide teams on call handling and objection management
  • Ensure understanding of legal and regulatory compliance
  • Promote ethics, judgement, and integrity in operations
  • Coach on personal branding and business etiquette
  • Strengthen organisation and time management skills

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in training
  • Strong understanding of the loan recovery/collections industry
