Quality Assurance Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
- Train teams on communication and conflict management
- Deliver training on negotiation and closing techniques
- Guide teams on call handling and objection management
- Ensure understanding of legal and regulatory compliance
- Promote ethics, judgement, and integrity in operations
- Coach on personal branding and business etiquette
- Strengthen organisation and time management skills
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years’ experience in training
- Strong understanding of the loan recovery/collections industry
