Finance Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and compliance to support efficient operations.
- Oversee accounting, procurement, and asset management in a non-profit setting.
- Drive fundraising through grant proposals, donor engagement, and sustainable financing strategies.
- Provide financial insights to enhance program impact.
- Collaborate with teams on audits, training, and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
- 3–5 years in financial management, ideally in NGOs or conservation.
- Experience in fundraising, grant management, and Kenyan regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; strong analytical skills.
- Passion for marine conservation; fluent in English and Swahili.
- Ability to thrive in a coastal, community-focused environment.
