Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen team leader. Participate in recruitment, training, managing and scheduling of kitchen staff.
- Design menus, preparing daily specials and developing recipes for the hotel.
- Oversee preparation of food to health and safety standards.
- Oversee all kitchen operations.
- Receive and coordinate customer order from Waiters.
- Prepare kitchen budget requisitions.
- Supervise kitchen staff, including Chef, Cooks, and Kitchen assistant.
- Manage kitchen inventory, minimize waste, and control food costs.
- Report daily operations to the F&B Manager

Qualifications / Skills
- Diploma in Culinary arts or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience as a head chef in a busy kitchen
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and any Hotel Management software
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
