Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of food according to the set recipe and standards to achieve quality and desired taste.
- Food plating and presentation to ensure visual appeal.
- Set up workstations, manage inventory/stock levels, order supplies, and assist other cooks.
- Maintaining hygiene and safety by cleaning, sanitizing working spaces and following all food handling protocols.
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment.
- Report any damaged equipment or safety hazards to supervisors.

Qualifications / Skills
- KCSE certificate /Craft certificate in Food and Beverage or Culinary arts
- At least 2 years experience in a busy kitchen
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
